4. Late check-out is subject to room availability on the date of departure. Late check-out
between 12.00 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. will be charged at 50% of daily rate and after 6.00 p.m. will
be charged at full rate.
5. Maximum 2 persons plus a child under 2 years sharing parents room without extra bed are
allowed to stay in room, no any extra charge.

8. Smoking is not allowed in the premises of the hotel, except outside the hotel.
9. Daily cleaning and twice a week for linen change are for daily & weekly rent.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking. We accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit/debit cards,
Paypal.The available payment options are displayed during the booking process. A payment processing fee may
apply.For walk-in bookings, we also accept cash payments.
Once your booking has been successfully completed, a Booking Confirmation will be issued in respect of
each room booked and sent to the email address provided in your registered account. You MUST produce
your Booking Confirmation(s) upon check-in at the Hotel, together with your original valid photo identification
document (NRIC, passport, driver's licence or other identification card or document as the Hotel may require). If
you do not receive your Booking Confirmation(s) within twenty-four (24) hours from the time of booking, please
contact our Customer Support.
Credit card bookings made within five (5) days prior to check-in date will require presentation of the said card
during check-in. Failure to do so may delay your check-in process.
The 'Guest' named in the Booking Confirmation must be the person staying at the Hotel otherwise we reserve the
right to cancel the booking.
At all times during the booking process, you will be advised to ensure accuracy of your booking details (stay
dates, room types, room rates, number of guest(s), Add-Ons). Eleven Avenue Suites will not be responsible or
liable for errors in bookings.
Bookings are accepted subject to room availability.
Room rates shown on the Eleven Avenue Suites website are charged on a per room per night basis. Meals are

Cancellation & Amendment
Cancellations/amendments can only be accepted 1 time / 1 booking and in writing via email or
fax within 7 days before arrival.
Cancellation/amendments received will not be guaranteed. Please check with our Customer Support
Center. However, the deposit will be non-refundable.
2. The deposit in case of no show will be non-refundable.
3. Cancellation during rental period will not be able to ask for any refund.
